Knots
Being solid wood sourced from dierent plantation they have knots and cracks which are natural beauty of the products.
Natural Cracks
Due to change in climate, the characteristics of wood to naturally expand & contract, thus developing cracks shows the rustic nature of the product.
Filler
The natural cracks & knots require the use of filler. We use epoxy based filler and try to blend the color of the stain but the filler is still seen which is not a defect.
Mineral Deposit
There are dierent size & shapes of rings, circles, shades and lines in dierent shades which appear in the wood which are mineral deposits and are not defects.
Grain Variation
The solid wood often has dierent grains and color variation which are not defects.
