Home Textiles is Wooden Craft fabric focused department. Our material is naturally woven and hand printed using ancient wooden blocks.
Our skilled craftsmen practice Kalamkari- A complex printing method, on fabric specific to our cusion covers.
Fabric Preparation
The cotton linen fabric is initially bleached in hot water to sofen the threads and then laid out on the natural grass.
Block Printing
The artisans dip hand carved teak blocks in dye, which is then pressed carefully onto dry fabric to create dierent traditional patterns.
Color Fixing
The fabric is then rinsed in hot water, which brings out the true color of the dye.
Final Touches
It is then hung on bamboo tracks to allow a natural drying process, before the fabric is steamed pressed.
The Finished Product
Finally, the fabric is cut and stiched by experts seamstresses, to produce the home textiles.
